At VetAI, we're committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application ("VetAI" or the "App"). Unlike many services, we deliberately do not collect personal information about farmers using our app.

VetAI is designed to respect your privacy by default:

• No account required: You can use VetAI without creating an account or providing personal details
• No contact information: We don’t collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
• No location tracking: Your precise location is never collected or stored
• No device identifiers: We don’t use or store device IDs, IMEI, or similar identifiers

When you use VetAI’s symptom checker or diagnostic tools:

• Anonymous processing: Animal health information is processed locally on your device whenever possible
• Aggregated analytics: General usage patterns may be collected to improve the app, but never tied to individual users
• Optional sharing: You can choose to share anonymized case data to help improve veterinary knowledge

This data helps us improve our algorithms while protecting your privacy.

Any non-personal data we collect is used solely to:

• Improve the accuracy of our diagnostic algorithms
• Enhance app performance and user experience
• Develop new features that benefit farmers
• Understand general usage patterns (without identifying individuals)

We implement robust measures to protect any information processed by VetAI:

• On-device processing: Most data never leaves your phone
• Encryption: Any transmitted data uses modern encryption protocols
• Limited retention: We don’t store data longer than necessary
• Regular audits: Our security practices are reviewed periodically

VetAI uses minimal third-party services that may collect standard information:

• Analytics providers: For aggregated usage statistics (no personal data)
• Cloud services: Only when necessary for app functionality

We carefully vet all partners to ensure they meet our privacy standards.

VetAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We'll notify users of significant changes through in-app notices. Your continued use of VetAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Even though we don’t collect personal data, you can:

• Delete the app at any time
• Opt out of analytics through your device settings
• Request information about what limited data we process
